Thanks for reading--this is just a little fragment from a longer study I did of Wollstonecraft's writing, including Maria (which I love as well--and enjoy teaching to my students, who are amazed that it is so 'old', yet modern). And thanks for adding me to the group, too! I try to publish some lighter academic pieces here, just to interest people who don't take English classes at a univeristy all the great works that are out there to read, which they often ignore for the latest besteller. I also have a short piece on Medium on Wollstonecraft's Travels in Sweden, Denmark, etc., which is one of my favorite works by her.
